Who you'd be working with
I was the emotional eater. That's exactly why I can help. Who is Stephanie Cleveland, and why should you trust her with this?
Stephanie Cleveland is the founder of Unlock You and the person you'd actually be talking to — the coaching here isn't handed off to anybody else.

How I got here
I'm a single mom of two, about to turn thirty-eight. Last year, after fourteen years at the same company, I was laid off — and for the first time since I got my first job the week after I turned sixteen, I actually stopped. I took the time to decompress, and to figure out what I really wanted to build next.
For a long time, I was an emotional eater. Food was run by whatever I was feeling — mostly I reached for sweets when I wanted to feel anything other than out of control. My weight was all over the place, and I kept telling myself the fix was more discipline. It wasn't. I did the work to understand why I ate the way I did, and realized this was exactly what I wanted to do for other people.
It took years to learn the patterns you're in; it won't take that long to unlearn them, but it does take more than a two-week reset.
Unlock You is built on what actually worked for me: getting to the root cause instead of chasing the quick fix. Healthy means strong — mentally, physically, and emotionally — not skinny, and not squeezed into someone else's mold. This work can include losing body fat and keeping your strength; the goal is never getting there by starving the body and calling that progress. Fueling it, and healing the relationship with food, is the actual mechanism. It took years to learn the patterns you're in; it won't take that long to unlearn them, but it does take more than a two-week reset. The quick fix was never going to work.

What I actually do What does the coaching actually involve?
Unlock You is a staged, self-paced program built on one idea: add before you subtract.
The deep-program tier isn't handed over as one binder on day one. It's built as a staged curriculum that unlocks over roughly eight weeks, one stage at a time, worked through at the pace real life actually allows.
That pacing matches what the rest of the site already says about how change actually holds: someone who's restarted more times than they can count doesn't need more information dumped on them at once — they need the next right thing, in an order that holds.
And the starting move is the same at every tier: add before you subtract. More protein, more fiber, more actual meals — crowding out what isn't working instead of white-knuckling it out of your life.
There's no calendar of meals to follow and no calorie count to hit, at any tier. What you get is the next piece of the method, a place to ask questions, and Stephanie's own answers instead of a support queue — the person in the chat, on the call, and in the community is the same person.

Who this is and isn't for
This tends to fit if —
- Tired of starting over on Monday
- Want fewer rules, not more
- Want one coach, always the same one
- Ready to fix the root, not the week
- Fine moving at your own pace
- Want plain answers, not hype
This isn't the fit if —
- Want a plan to follow blindly
- Chasing a number, not a feeling
- Currently need clinical care
- Want it fast, not lasting
- Want progress graded
- Want someone to want it for you

What a month actually looks like
-
Week 01
Whichever tier you start on, week one is one clear thing to do — the first mini-course email, or the first program module — not a binder to read before you're allowed to begin.
-
Week 02
The next piece unlocks, building on the first. If a tier includes the community, this is usually when it stops being new and starts being a place you check in — same person answering, not a rotating support desk.
-
Ongoing
Modules keep unlocking as you're ready, not on somebody else's clock. No calorie log to keep, no photographed meals, no list of foods that are off-limits — the thing being tracked is whether the method is actually landing in your week, not whether you followed it perfectly.

Note i
Coaching, not clinical care
This is educational nutrition coaching and general wellness support. It isn't medical advice, and it isn't a substitute for a doctor, a registered dietitian, or a therapist — if you need one of those, Stephanie will say so.
-
Note ii
Nobody is handed off
The person in the chat, on the call, and in the community is the same person. That limits how many people can be worked with at once, which is on purpose.

Based in Oklahoma, working anywhere
Unlock You is an Oklahoma company. The coaching happens online, so where you are doesn't matter much — what time your evenings fall apart matters more.
