A guide
Do you need a special diet for PCOS?
PCOS eating is mostly just balanced eating — not a special, separate, restrictive diet.
If you've been told PCOS means a whole separate way of eating — its own rules, its own foods to fear — that's not really true. What tends to help is close to what helps most people eat well in general: regular meals with protein, fiber, and healthy fats, rather than a punishing, restrictive plan built around a diagnosis.
That's genuinely it, at the level a coaching program can responsibly speak to. PCOS is a hormonal condition, and it's diagnosed and managed by a doctor — the food side of it is one piece of a bigger picture that's theirs to guide, not a program's to replace. What coaching can help with is the part underneath: regular meals, and paying attention to body composition and how you actually feel rather than to a number on a scale.
Before anything else
Talk it through first.
This is the topic worth a conversation before a program. Book a call and ask what coaching would and wouldn't do alongside the care you're already getting.
